How do housing rewards work?
GRO’s planned rewards journey lets you earn programme rewards when you buy eligible digital shopping cards. The amount, retailer terms and supported housing uses will be shown before any purchase. Rewards are separate from cash savings. Purchasing and redemption are not yet live.
Will paying rent automatically earn shopping rewards?
Your rental record comes from verified rent evidence. Shopping rewards come from eligible shopping activity. They are separate parts of GRO.
Do I have to report my rent?
No. Rent reporting is a separate choice. Verification does not automatically submit information to credit reference agencies. Credit-file effects vary; a higher score or lending outcome is not guaranteed.
Do you move money from my bank?
The planned rent-verification connection uses read-only account information with your permission. Joining the waitlist does not require bank access.
What happens after I join the waitlist?
We save your email and, if you provide it, your first name. We’ll email you about launch and early access. Joining the waitlist does not create an app account.
